Heading up the Tak team is Maria Edblad Rogell, newly recruited General Manager with more than 25 years of experience from the restaurant industry and a passion for a contemporary hospitality, where knowledge and competence take centerstage. In leading positions at award-winning restaurants such as Lux, Leijontornet and lastest at Oaxen Krog & Slip, Maria has successfully motivated and engaged staff members in creating an extra-ordinary service experience. In her mind, impressive service comes down to an enthusiastic passion for food and beverages and the ability to genuinely make guests feel welcome and appreciated.
